A: First, you need to check the obc specifications of the electric car to match the charging station. Then check the power supply of the installation facility to see if you can install it. However, although Khons EV charging station are three phase and single phase compatible so even you buy a three phase charger, with only single phase power supply, it can be installed too.
Q: How long does it take to fully charge a car?
A: It’s the battery capacity divides the actual charging power. Take BMW i4 eDrive40 for example, the batter is 83.9kw.h, charge power is 11kw, so if you have three phase power, install a 11kw charging station, actually charge at 11kw per hour, then the time to charge should be 83.9/11=7.62 hours. But usually after charging to 90%, the charging will slower. And if charge at a 7kw charging station, it should be 83.9/7=12hours.
